What
we do

Not-for-profit Deputyship and professional Attorney services, a free advice helpline, free training and a room for the community

Court of Protection Deputyship

When someone lacks the mental capacity to make decisions about their property and finances, the Court of Protection can appoint a Deputy to make certain decisions in that person’s best interests. We manage complex Deputyship cases, handling finances and property in our clients’ best interests.

Lasting Power of Attorney

A lasting power of attorney is a legal document that allows an individual to appoint one or more people to make decisions on their behalf during their lifetime. We act as an independent professional Attorney for property and finance matters, helping individuals keep as much control and independence as possible.

Free Advice Helpline

Whether you are acting in a professional capacity or looking for information for a loved one, our free advice helpline puts you through to an experienced Solicitor who can advise on the options available to you.

Free Specialist Training

Sessions created for professionals working in the local authority and third sector who may benefit from training and guidance on mental capacity, delivered by the UK’s only Court of Protection Panel Deputy.

Community Room

Located in our Cardiff office, our community room is a dedicated space for your team to get out of the day-to-day environment to collaborate, carry out training days or group working sessions.
