About Us

Qualia CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise that provides expert financial management and safeguarding support to people who are vulnerable or lack mental capacity.

Our Professional Court of Protection Deputy or Attorney services help safeguard and protect the property and finances of people who lack capacity or who are unable to manage their own financial affairs. Every Deputyship is managed personally by an experienced, specialist solicitor. However, unlike a traditional law firm, our objective is not to generate profit, but to act solely in the best interests of our clients.

We are not a law firm. As such, we are not regulated as an organisation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). However, each and every Deputyship and all advice is provided by specialist Solicitors who are authorised and regulated by the SRA as individuals. Our advice is covered by professional indemnity insurance.

Not only do we safeguard and work with our clients to maximise their independence and quality of life, we also work directly with the social care sector and other third sector organisations to share our specialist expertise and support the sector as a whole.

We will support vulnerable people by safeguarding and protecting their assets and affairs.

Our specialist Professional Deputyship services will ensure people who have lost mental capacity are protected from financial abuse and can enjoy the protection and support of an expert Solicitor.
